VP of Sales — North America (East/Central)

Enterprises are rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, and Salesforce Agentforce faster than security teams can govern them. Opsin makes GenAI adoption safe. We're trusted by enterprises like UiPath, Wellstar Health, Baptist Health, and Barry-Wehmiller — with customers expanding fast.

You'll be Opsin's first sales leader — owning North America revenue and building the sales org. You'll report to the CEO and work closely with our founders, AEs, and SE team.

• Track record selling cybersecurity to CISOs and GRC buyers (data security, identity, or cloud security ideal)
• Experience building and leading enterprise sales teams — hiring, performance management, and comp design
• A network of sellers you can bring on in your first months (2–3 strong AEs)
• Deep CISO relationships in your region — customers who'd take your call and follow you
• Startup scaling experience, ideally as a first or early sales leader from Series A onward
• Based on the East Coast or in the Central US
