The Role
We’re looking for a Staff backend engineer to help build and scale our product as we roll it out to early customers and beyond. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our AI-driven security platform, architecting systems, and making major technology decisions the team will rally around. You will collaborate closely with the founding team and product team.
Your Experience & Skills
- 8+ years in a core software engineering team, shipping scalable software
- 2+ years in a technical leader role
- Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals
- Experience building enterprise data-driven services
- Familiarity with the latest LLM and ML advancements
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex technical challenges collaboratively
- (Desirable) Experience with Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- (Desirable) Experience in cybersecurity, data security, and allied domains
